从输血后的不良反应及同种异体免疫反应的观点,研究了保存于4℃全血中的淋巴细胞活力。从保存三周以内的血液中分离出淋巴细胞,以染料排除试验检查,活力仍保留,但E与活性E玫瑰花结形成迅速减低,于第9日已只有微量。相形之下,EAC玫瑰花结可检出两周或两周以上,PHA应答第9日无法检出,PWM应答第4日即无法检出。淋巴细胞MLC应答活性迅速减低,第7日无此活性,刺激活性则至少存在一周。这些观察结果提示保存血中的淋巴细胞可发挥免疫活性细胞功能至少一周,保留其抗原性一周以上。
From the perspective of adverse reactions after transfusion and alloimmunization, the viability of lymphocytes stored in whole blood at 4 ° C was studied. Lymphocytes were isolated from the blood within three weeks of storage, and the viability was retained by the dye exclusion test. However, the formation of E and reactive E-rosette was rapidly reduced, and only traces were found on the 9th day. In contrast, EAC rosette can be detected for two weeks or more, PHA response can not be detected on the 9th day, PWM response can not be detected on the 4th. Lymphocyte MLC response rapidly decreased activity, no activity on the 7th day, stimulating activity is at least one week. These observations suggest that preserving lymphocytes in the blood can exert immunocompetent cell function for at least one week, retaining its antigenicity for more than a week.
