25Mn-Si螺纹钢在生产中常出现异常组织,并导致力学性能不合格。本文分析了这种异常组织的相组成及其形成原因,并得出以下几点结论: 1.该钢的异常组织是由非平衡态组织马氏体和粒状贝氏体组成。 2.异常组织产生的原因是由于废钢中带入的微量合金元素钼、钨、铜、铬、镍等增加了过冷奥氏体的稳定性,推迟了珠光体的转变,加之,合金元素及炭分布的不均匀,在合金元素及炭偏高的地方形成了异常组织—马氏体和粒状贝氏体。
25Mn-Si rebar often appear in the production of abnormal organization, and lead to unqualified mechanical properties. This paper analyzes the phase composition of this anomalous structure and its formation reasons, and draws the following conclusions: 1. The steel is composed of non-equilibrium microstructure of martensite and granular bainite. 2. The cause of abnormal tissue is due to the fact that the trace elements such as molybdenum, tungsten, copper, chromium and nickel brought into scrap increase the stability of undercooled austenite and postpone the transformation of pearlite. In addition, alloying elements and Uneven distribution of carbon, the alloy elements and carbon in the high places formed anomaly - martensite and granular bainite.
