2013年,河北省煤矿整合深入推进,年初268处煤矿中公告关闭6处,整合技改41处,被大矿接管139处。煤矿治本攻坚重点要抓好两方面工作。一方面,要加快整合重组。要抓住当前煤炭市场低迷的时机,坚定不移地推进整合重组,完善已接管矿井法人治理结构,实现实质管控,严禁违规建设、施工和开采。加大政策支持力度,力争2014年底前河南省煤矿数量减少到200处以内,所有煤矿单井生产能力达到每年15万t以上;另一方面,要加快改造提升。整合重组后保留的矿井要加强技术改造,落实瓦斯和水害防
