目的:探讨针对宫颈癌患者,观察于围手术期给予个体化健康教育干预后获得的临床效果。方法 :选取我院104例宫颈癌围手术期患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各52例;对照组在常规护理的基础上进行手术前准备及手术前指导,观察组在常规护理的基础上手术前实施个体化的健康教育,对比两组宫颈癌患者健康知识掌握情况、患者对临床护理的满意度以及患者住院时间等方面存在的差异。结果:观察组患者临床护理满意度、患者掌握健康知识情况以及患者住院时间等方面,明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:个体化的健康教育提高宫颈癌围手术期患者对护理工作的满意度,提高宫颈癌患者的生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of individualized health education intervention in patients with cervical cancer observed in perioperative period. Methods: 104 cases of perioperative patients with cervical cancer were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 52 cases. The control group was prepared on the basis of routine nursing and pre-operative guidance. The observation group underwent routine nursing Before implementation of the implementation of individual health education, compared with two groups of patients with cervical cancer knowledge of health control, patient satisfaction with clinical care and patient hospitalization differences exist. Results: The satisfaction rate of clinical nursing in patients in observation group, patients’ knowledge of health knowledge and hospitalization time were significantly better than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Individualized health education can improve the satisfaction of nursing work in perioperative patients with cervical cancer and improve the life quality of patients with cervical cancer.
