应用GC-MS分析文殊兰种子中的挥发油成分.采用水蒸气蒸馏法从文殊兰种子中提取挥发油,并用GC-MS对分离出的成分进行分析与鉴定,通过面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量.从文殊兰种子中提取分离鉴定出挥发油成分37种.文殊兰种子中的挥发油成分主要是脂肪酸类化合物,占总提成分的55.05%,其中含量较高的成分是亚油酸(33.3%),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(9.74%),邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(8.99%).
GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile oil components in the seeds of Wenjuanlan.The volatile oil was extracted from the seeds of Wenjuanlan by steam distillation and the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. The area normalized Relative content.The essential oil constituents were isolated and identified from the seeds of Manjushri Seventy-three.The main constituents of the volatile oil in the seeds of Manjusri is 55.05% of the total extracted components, the most abundant components were linoleic acid (33.3 %), Dibutyl phthalate (9.74%), diisobutyl phthalate (8.99%).
