体操教学质量与学生心理状态直接相关,体操动作都是在身体处于非正常位置下完成的,体操动作本身特点对学生心理能力提出特殊要求。致使学生练习时产生不同程度的胆怯、精神紧张、犹豫不前的现象.这就是一种心理障碍。有了这种心理障碍,就产生精神压力,就难以使练习者身心进入高度统一化的功能态,从而严重地影响着教学质量.通过实验法、调查法、统计法、分析与实践,采用自觉控制心理状态,调节心理状态,打破原有的体操教学结构。试图在体操教学中,运用心理训练手段,建立动力定型,重视素质教育.本文就克服学生心理障碍,以提高体操教学质量进行阐述和探讨.
Gymnastics teaching quality is directly related to students ’psychological status. Gymnastics movements are performed under the abnormal position of the body. The characteristics of gymnastic exercises make special demands on students’ psychological ability. Resulting in students practice different levels of timidity, nervousness, hesitancy phenomenon.This is a psychological disorder. With this kind of mental obstacle, mental pressure is produced, so it is hard for the practitioner to enter the highly unified functional state, which will seriously affect the quality of teaching.Through the experiment, investigation, statistics, analysis and practice, Control the mental state, adjust the mental state, breaking the original gymnastics teaching structure. Attempts to use gymnastic training to establish dynamic stereotypes and to attach importance to quality education in the gymnastics teaching.This article will elaborate and discuss on how to overcome the psychological barriers of the students in order to improve the gymnastic teaching quality.
