社会经济发展的目的就是让人们过上更加美好的生活,促进人自由而全面发展。中国特色社会主义经济发展过程中出现偏离以人民为中心的发展,这是新自由主义经济学膨胀的结果。中国特色社会主义经济建设必须坚持以人民为中心,这是马克思主义理论的必然要求,是中国共产党性质和宗旨的要求,是社会主义的本质要求,是历史经验的总结。要坚持以人民为中心,就必须坚持以马克思主义为指导,坚持公有制的主体地位,坚持中国共产党的领导,坚持群众路线。
The purpose of socio-economic development is to make people live a better life and promote their free and all-round development. Deviation from the people-centered development during the socialist economic development with Chinese characteristics is the result of the bloated neoliberal economics. The economic construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics must adhere to the people as the center. This is an inevitable requirement of Marxist theory, a requirement of the nature and purpose of the Communist Party of China, an essential requirement of socialism, and a conclusion of historical experience. To adhere to the people as the center, we must uphold the guidance of Marxism, uphold the dominant position of public ownership, uphold the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and uphold the mass line.
