1.故障现象1台2011年生产的洛阳PY165C-2型平地机,使用中经常出现起步困难、作业无力故障。其故障现象是:将油门踩到底时,才能进行平地作业,且动作缓慢,导致柴油机水散热器经常开锅;更换水散热器后,故障现象更为严重。2.原因分析PY165C-2型平地机配装了康明斯6BTA5.9-C125型柴油机、电控液压换挡“双变”(变矩器、变速器)传动结构和全液压钳盘式制动器。分析认为,由于该机在大油门的情况下可以起步和作业,说明其传动系统的机械传动部件没有故障。故障原因可
