《陕西水利》编委会于1984年7月19日在西安召开全体委员会议,研究今年《陕西水利》复刊后的办刊计划.与会编委一致认为《陕西水利》的复刊和它的办刊宗旨和任务完全适应我省水利建设发展的需要,它将为交流、推广我省和国内外先进技术和工作经验起重要作用。会议通过了今明年办刊计划,并决定成立编辑部办理日常业务工作。编辑部设在陕西省水利水电勘测设计院。
The Editorial Board of “Shaanxi Water Resources” held a committee of all members in Xi’an on July 19, 1984 to study the running plan of this year’s “Shaanxi Water Conservancy” after it was reprinted, and the Editorial Board of the participating party unanimously agreed that the resumption of Shaanxi Water Conservancy and its running Aims and tasks Fully meet the needs of the development of water conservancy construction in our province, it will play an important role in the exchange and promotion of advanced technology and work experience in our province and at home and abroad. The meeting adopted this year’s next plan, and decided to set up an editorial office for day-to-day business. The editorial department is located in Shaanxi Province Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute.
