对测井仪器定量刻度,这是测井工作必须要解决的重要课题。经过标定后的仪器所测的参数不是相对值,而是直接反映地层的某种物理量的绝对值。因此,标定后的曲线便于区域性对比,扩大曲线的应用范围。特别是对今后测井资料的电算机处理更是不可缺少的。但目前我国煤田测井还没有建立起统一的国家标准刻度井,为了满足当前的需要,我们自制了专对TYFZ—4型组合仪进行天然道和密度道标定用的过渡性刻度装置。将来有了刻度井后,也可用标定环与其建立联系,可把目前所测参数换算成与刻度井有关的物理量。
Quantitative calibration of logging tools, which is an important issue that must be solved in logging work. After calibration of the measured parameters of the instrument is not a relative value, but directly reflect the formation of a certain amount of physical absolute value. Therefore, the calibration curve facilitates regional comparison and expands the scope of application of the curve. Especially computer processing of logging data in the future is even more indispensable. However, at present there is no unified national standard calibration well in coalfield well logging in our country. In order to meet the current needs, we have made a transitional calibration device specially for natural channel and density channel calibration of TYFZ-4 combiner. In the future with the calibration wells, calibration rings can also be used to establish contact with them, and the currently measured parameters can be converted into physical quantities related to calibration wells.
