天津津塔办公楼外围护幕墙为渐变的双曲面折扇形,大型玻璃吊装困难,定位放线及变形控制要求高,施工技术复杂。针对工程难点,采取三维可调埋件、转接件及工机具的合理化组合,确保了单元体的吊装和幕墙整体双曲面扭拧效果的实现,有效降低了施工成本,提高了施工质量和效率。
