近日,北京市朝阳区法院开庭审理了被告人王某某等7人寻衅滋事一案。公诉机关指控,被告人王某某为争抢客源垄断北京至承德的长途车运营业务,纠集被告人张某某、陈某、徐某等6人在北京市朝阳区三元桥附近,采取殴打其他长途车司售人员、拦截、扣押、砸毁其他运营车辆以及勒索其他运营人员钱财的方式滋事十余起,造成多人受伤、多车损坏,严重影响了正常的客运秩序。公诉机关认为应以寻衅滋事罪追究7名被告人的刑事责 Recently, Chaoyang District Court held a trial in Shenzhen City defendant Wang Moumou seven cases of trouble.
