介绍了垢对油田加热炉安全经济运行造成的严重危害及其成因.分析研究了有机磷酸盐与聚合电解质的防垢机理.在此基础上,提出了命名为GD-953复合型化学防垢剂.大量的静态与动态试验结果表明,该复合型化学防垢剂,可产生良好的协同效应,具有抗高温、高钙等独特的防垢效果.在95℃和85℃条件下,其防垢率明显高于现有的最好防垢剂.对于含油污水,投该防垢剂(3~5)mg/L时,其防垢率就达100%.对高钙水,投加低剂量防垢剂时,仍有较好的防垢效果.
This paper introduces the serious damage caused by scale on the safe and economic operation of oilfield furnace and its causes. The scale inhibition mechanism of organic phosphate and polyelectrolyte was analyzed. On this basis, put forward named GD-953 compound chemical scale inhibitor. A large number of static and dynamic test results show that the composite chemical scale inhibitor can produce a good synergistic effect, with anti-high temperature, high calcium unique anti-scaling effect. At 95 ℃ and 85 ℃ conditions, the anti-scaling was significantly higher than the best anti-scaling agent. For oily wastewater, the anti-scaling agent (3 ~ 5) mg / L, the anti-scaling up to 100%. For high-calcium water, dosing low-dose anti-scaling agent, there is still a good anti-scaling effect.
