本研究以~(32)P标记的重组HPV 11,16,18质粒为探针,采用打点杂交法检测了60例女性尖锐湿疣组织(其中外阴47例,阴道12例、宫颈1例)中的HPVDNA;用限制性内切酶和Southern转印杂交法分析了8例HPV 11 DNA的物理状态。结果检出HPV11 19例,其中外阴13例,阴道5例,宫颈1例,阳性率31.7%;HPV16,18各1例,分别检自阴道和外阴,阳性率均为1.7%;HPV 11均以游离状态存在。这一结果为国内进一步深入研究HPV与生殖器癌之间的关系提供了资料。
In this study, ~ (32) P-labeled recombinant HPV 11,16,18 plasmids were used as probes to detect the condyloma acuminatum in 60 female condyloma acuminata tissues (including 47 vulvae, 12 vaginal and 1 cervical) using the dot blot hybridization method HPVDNA; 8 cases of HPV 11 DNA physical state was analyzed by restriction endonuclease and Southern blot hybridization. Results HPV11 was detected in 19 cases, including 13 cases of vulva, 5 cases of vagina and 1 case of cervix, the positive rate was 31.7%. One case of HPV16,18 were detected from the vagina and vulva respectively. The positive rate of HPV11 was Free state exists. This result provides the information for further study on the relationship between HPV and genital cancer in China.
