提高组织知识共享水平对于维持组织竞争优势有着重要意义,而变革型领导是知识共享的重要影响因素。本文以组织信任与组织沟通中介变量,探讨了变革型领导对组织知识共享的作用机制。在构建理论模型的基础上,对收集的178份有效数据进行了实证检验。结果表明:变革型领导对组织知识共享有显著正向影响,组织信任与组织沟通在变革型领导与组织知识共享的作用关系中均具有部分中介作用。
It is of great significance to improve the organizational knowledge sharing level to maintain the competitive advantage of the organization. Transformational leadership is an important factor in knowledge sharing. In this paper, organizational trust and organizational communication intermediary variables to explore the role of transformational leadership on organizational knowledge sharing mechanism. Based on the construction of theoretical models, 178 valid data collected were tested empirically. The results show that transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on organizational knowledge sharing. Organizational trust and organizational communication all play a partial mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational knowledge sharing.
