人参(Radix Ginseng)东北土名“棒槌”,名列关东三宝之首。本品为五加科(Alariaceae)植物人参Panax ginseng C.A、Mey、的干燥根。[古医籍载]人参原名为蓡(音参,或省作蓡。)《说文》云:“蓡,药草,出上党祲者也”。《吴普本草》云“人参,一名土精,精者星也”。《春秋说题辞》云:“星之为之言精也。”《春秋运斗枢》云:“摇光星散而为人参。”所谓也就是人蓡、人祲、土精,其名意义并非指其形状。人参之名始载于《神农本草经》,列为上品,一名人衔,一名鬼盖。《吴普本草》亦称其为黄
