通过对花椰菜亲本主要经济性状的多元逐步回归分析,建立杂交一代紧实度、产量系数的预测模型。结果表明,母本的全株重与杂交一代紧实度呈正相关,母本花枝长与杂交一代紧实度呈负相关,对模型贡献最大,均达极显著水平;对杂一代产量系数贡献最大的是父本显球期,其次为母本产量系数、母本全株重、母本球高。经田间验证,杂交一代紧实度预测准确率70.8%,杂交一代产量系数预测准确率达87.7%,杂交一代预测值与田间试验实测值均呈极显著正相关关系,证明回归方程对样本观测值拟合度较高,可用做杂一代紧实度和产量系数性状预测。
Through the multiple stepwise regression analysis of the main economic traits of cauliflower parents, a prediction model of compaction and yield coefficient of hybrid generation was established. The results showed that the total plant weight of the female parent was positively correlated with the compaction degree of the hybrid generation, the length of the female parent flower was negatively correlated with the compaction degree of the hybrid generation, and contributed the most to the model, reaching the most significant level. The male parent is the ball period, followed by the female coefficient of yield, the total weight of the female parent, female parent ball high. Field validation showed that the accuracy of prediction of the degree of compaction was 70.8% and that of the hybrid generation was 87.7%. The predictive value of the hybrid generation had a significant positive correlation with the field test data. The fitting degree is high, which can be used as the prediction of miscellaneous compaction and yield coefficient traits.
