去纤酶是中国科学院昆明动物研究所从特产于我国的尖吻蝮(Agkistrodon acutus)蛇毒中分离、纯化得到的一种蛇毒酶制剂。我院自1970年5月以来,用以治疗闭塞性血管病及高凝状态的肺心病共70例,报告如下:
