一、循环水系统的自动控制设计循环水系统在工厂设计中是一项经常遇到的设计项目。在循环水系统中,如何简化操作与节约用地是一个值得探讨的问题。在某一机械工厂的循环水系统设计中,由于生产过程的特殊性,其生产工艺对循环水水温提出了与一般循环水水温不同的要求。因此,根据不同的生产工艺要求,我们分别设计了两个各自独立的循环水系统。按不同的生产工艺对水温的要求数据分列如下: 1.生产工艺要求第一循环水系统的进水水温不低于50℃,不高于70℃,误差允许控制在±5℃
I. Automatic Control Design of Circulating Water System Circulating water system is a frequently encountered design project in factory design. In the circulating water system, how to simplify the operation and economize on land is a problem that is worth exploring. In the design of the circulating water system of a certain mechanical factory, due to the particularity of the production process, the production process puts forward different requirements for the temperature of the circulating water from that of the general circulating water. Therefore, according to different production process requirements, we designed two separate independent circulating water systems. According to different production processes, the requirements for water temperature data are listed as follows: 1. The production process requires that the water temperature of the first circulating water system is not lower than 50°C, not higher than 70°C, and the error is allowed to be controlled at ±5°C.
