业已证明,铜、锌、铁、硒等微量元素可以明显影响免疫系统的功能,这些元素的不足对免疫反应会产生不利的影响。本文研究了53例急性细菌性和病毒性感染者的血浆微量元素的含量。急性细菌性感染者包括s败血症11例;肺炎14例;丹毒8例;脑膜炎3例。病毒感染者17例,其中甲型流感6例;单纯疱疹4例;EB病毒感染3例;CMV感染2例;水痘-带状疱疹感染2例。诊断均有细菌学、放射学及血清学证实。在病人入院后的第一个早上非禁食采集
It has been shown that trace elements such as copper, zinc, iron and selenium can significantly affect the function of the immune system. The deficiency of these elements has an adverse effect on the immune response. In this paper, 53 cases of acute bacterial and viral infection in plasma levels of trace elements. Acute bacterial infections include s sepsis in 11 cases; pneumonia in 14 cases; erysipelas in 8 cases; meningitis in 3 cases. 17 cases of virus infection, including 6 cases of influenza A; 4 cases of herpes simplex; 3 cases of Epstein-Barr virus infection; CMV infection in 2 cases; varicella-zoster infection in 2 cases.
