提出了一种采用电炉锌粉作为主要原料的机械镀锌工艺,对镀锌层质量进行分析。该工艺具有稳定性好,所需原料来源广泛,价格低廉,设奋投资少的特点,锌层组织致密,成膜性好,厚度易控制,其质量及耐腐蚀性能达热镀锌产品的相应国家标准和美国的ASTM B695—82的质量标准规范,生产成本比热镀锌降低40~50%。
A mechanical galvanizing process using zinc powder as main raw material is proposed, and the quality of galvanized steel is analyzed. The process has the advantages of good stability, wide supply of raw materials needed, low price, less investment in excitement, compact zinc layer, good film-forming property, easy control of thickness and the corresponding quality and corrosion resistance of hot dip galvanized products National standards and the United States ASTM B695-82 quality standards, the production cost is reduced by 40 ~ 50% than the hot-dip galvanizing.
