1980年12月10日至16日,中国化学会、教育部高教司、普通司在四川成都联合召开化学教育经验交流会议。来自全国各省、市、自治区大中学校的代表提出了共约一百篇论文,分A.B.C 三组交流,各抒己见,贯彻“双百”方针,最后还作了总结。关于中学化学教育问题,代表们着重交流如何在教好基本概念、基本理论、基本技术的基础上,培养学生的理解能力、观察能力、思维能力和实验能力,以提高学生对于化学的智力和兴趣。中学化学正在经历着不断变革的过程。国外中学化
