建国以来,我国医药卫生事业迅速发展,旧社会劳动人民缺医少药、健康毫无保障的状况已发生了根本的变化。我国医药事业的发展,是同国家加强了对药品的监督管理分不开的。但是在“文革”中,药品监督管理工作遭到了空前的破坏。打倒“四人帮”以后,党和国家十分重视改变药品管理工作的混乱局面。一九七八年,国务院颁发了《药政管理条例 Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the medical and health undertakings in our country have been developing rapidly. Since the downfall of the “gang of four,” the party and the state have placed great emphasis on changing the chaos in their drug management work. In 1978, the State Council issued the “Regulations on the Administration of Pharmaceutical Administration.”
