目的:探讨地震前和地震期间剖宫产率和剖宫产指征的变化及剖宫产率下降的原因,寻找降低剖宫产率的对策。方法:回顾性分析绵阳市人民医院2008年1月1日~6月12日住院分娩1 079例产妇的相关资料。结果:地震前和地震期间剖宫产率分别为62.9%和38.9%;剖宫产指征中社会因素分别为59.12%和3.57%,二者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强产前宣教,加强医患沟通,严格掌握剖宫产指征,可降低剖宫产率。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of cesarean section rate and cesarean section indications before and during earthquakes and the reasons for the decline of cesarean section rate, and to find out the strategies to reduce the rate of cesarean section. Methods: A retrospective analysis of Mianyang People ’s Hospital from January 1, 2008 to June 12, the hospital delivery of 1 079 cases of maternal relevant information. Results: The rates of cesarean section before and during the earthquake were 62.9% and 38.9% respectively. The social factors of cesarean section indications were 59.12% and 3.57% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Strengthening prenatal mission education, strengthening communication between doctors and patients, and strictly controlling cesarean section indications can reduce cesarean section rate.
