近十年来我所采用西药穴位注射与传统针刺结合治疗周围性面神经炎28例,临床观察疗效满意,报道如下。本组28例,男17例,女11例,右侧面神经炎19例,左侧9例。最大年龄59岁,最小12岁,以18～45岁居多。病程最短1天,最长45天,以2周内最多。一、急性期传统针刺法:取患侧主穴:牵正、下关、凤池(双),配穴:鼻唇沟平坦配迎香,人中沟歪斜配水沟,颜唇沟歪斜配承浆,乳突部疼痛配翳风,每次5～6穴,交替选用。穴位注射法;主穴:依据症状选取,眼轮匝肌麻痹,额肌麻痹取患侧太
In the past ten years, I used western medicine acupuncture point injection combined with traditional acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial neuritis in 28 cases, the clinical observation of satisfactory results reported below.
