本文对血脂、肝功能均正常的85名接触二硫化碳(CS_2)工人和36名不接触工人,均为男性,进行了血浆卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶(LCAT)活力、血清铜、锌含量测定。结果表明:接触组工人LCAT活力、铜值、铜/锌比值显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01);锌值未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。但LCAT活力与铜、锌、铜/锌比值线性相关分析未见明显相关。以上结果提示:长期接触高浓度CS_2,在血脂未发生改变以前,可见LCAT活力、铜、铜/锌比值改变。以上指标作为CS_2中毒诊断及健康监护有一定的应用价值。
In this study, 85 subjects with CS 2 and 36 non-contact workers with normal blood lipids and liver function were all male, and the activities of plasma lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT), serum copper and zinc were determined. The results showed that the LCAT activity, copper value and copper / zinc ratio in the exposed group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05, P <0.05, P <0.01) > 0.05). However, there was no significant correlation between LCAT activity and the linear correlation analysis of copper, zinc, copper / zinc ratio. The above results suggest that: long-term exposure to high concentration of CS_2, in the blood lipid did not change before, we can see LCAT vitality, copper, copper / zinc ratio changes. The above indicators as CS_2 poisoning diagnosis and health monitoring have a certain value.
