锥束CT三维重建技术在上颌埋伏阻生前牙外科导萌正畸术中的应用

目的探讨锥束CT(CBCT)三维(3D)重建技术在上颌埋伏阻生前牙外科导萌正畸术中的应用价值。方法对16例(20颗)上颌埋伏阻生前牙患者进行CBCT 3D重建,应用SIMPLANT软件手术设计平台进行埋伏牙定位,测量和手术模拟,根据计算机辅助设计的结果行外科手术导萌联合正畸牵引。结果 CBCT 3D重建图像能清楚地显示埋伏牙位置、倾斜角度、牙冠方向、牙根形态及其与邻牙牙根和周围组织的关系;16例(20颗)患牙能够基本依据计算机模拟设计的步骤来完成手术。结论 CBCT 3D重建技术能精确指导手术开窗的入路和牵引装置的固定,有效降低手术的风险和难度。 Objective To investigate the value of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction in maxillary impacted obstructive anterior teeth orthodontic surgery. Methods CBCT 3D reconstruction was performed in 16 patients with 20 maxillary impacted anterior teeth under pressure. SIMPLANT software platform was used to locate, measure and simulate the impacted teeth. According to the result of computer aided design, . Results CBCT 3D reconstruction images clearly show the position, inclination angle, crown direction, root morphology and its relationship with the adjacent tooth root and the surrounding tissue. Sixteen (20) teeth can be basically based on computer simulation design steps To complete the operation. Conclusion The CBCT 3D reconstruction technique can accurately guide the operation of fenestration and traction device fixation, effectively reducing the risk and difficulty of surgery.
