The principle of social psychology tells us that a particular class or class in each society forms a unique psychological state (ie, a state of mind) that in turn affects the activity of that particular class or class, The entire social development has an impact. Therefore, when we are studying any social issue, it is undoubtedly necessary to pay attention to the mentality analysis of the class or class related to this issue. In ancient China, the merchant class had long ago formed a unique mentality that restricted the development of commerce by influencing the activities of traders. Therefore, to study the mentality of ancient merchants, obviously has important significance. However, due to a series of complicated and special factors, this area has become a “closed area” for a long time in our country. So far, there is still no text in history to study this issue. This paper intends to analyze the Song Dynasty point of view, to make a preliminary study of the mentality of ancient merchants. Inappropriate, please correct me.
