[目的 ]探讨复方三效微型灌肠剂的药效作用。 [方法 ]采用体内、外抗菌法 ;大鼠 2 ,4—二硝基苯酚致热法 ;大鼠足跖汗液着色法 ;小鼠毛细血管通透法 ;大鼠足跖肿胀法及小鼠碳末廓清法观察复方三效微型灌肠剂的抗菌、解热、发汗、抗炎、免疫调节等作用。 [结果 ]本品对金黄色葡萄球菌等细菌具有不同程度的抑菌作用 ;对金葡球菌感染小鼠有明显的保护作用 ;对 2 ,4—二硝基苯酚致热大鼠有明显的解热作用 ;对大鼠足跖汗液分泌有明显的促进作用 ;对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进及角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀有明显的抑制作用 ;亦能提高免疫低下小鼠碳末廓清指数 K值。 [结论 ]复方三效微型灌肠剂具有抗菌、解热、发汗、抗炎、免疫增强等作用
[Objective] To investigate the effect of compound three-effect micro enema. [Methods] In vivo and external antibacterial methods; rat 2,4-dinitrophenol heating method; rat paw perspiration coloring method; mouse capillary permeation method; rat paw engorgement method and mouse carbon The distal clearance method was used to observe the antibacterial, antipyretic, sweating, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects of the compound three-effect micro enema. [Results] The product had different degrees of bacteriostatic action against Staphylococcus aureus and other bacteria; it had obvious protective effect on Staphylococcus aureus infection in mice; and there was obvious solution to 2, 4-dinitrophenol-induced rats. Thermal effect; promotes the secretion of sweat in the athlete’s foot; promotes acetic acid-induced hyperpermeability of the capillary in the abdominal cavity and carrageenan-induced swelling of the paws in rats; Immunocompromised mouse carbon-end clearance index K value. [Conclusion] Compound three-effect micro enema has antibacterial, antipyretic, sweating, anti-inflammatory and immune-enhancing effects.
