本文应用常规分析手段对池塘水体中的O_2、CO_2、pH、阴离子、阳离子及营养元素进行了研究。O_2、CO_2、pH值都呈现昼夜变化,三者间具有一定的相关性。主要离子含量的特点为:HCO_3~-+CO_3~(2-)>Ca~(2+)+Mg~(2+)。营养元素都具昼夜变化和季节变化。无机氮的平均含量为0.239mg/L,可溶性磷酸盐的平均含量为0.057mg/L,二者比值为2.62。总氮与总磷的平均含量分别为3.77mg/L和0.885mg/L,二者比值为4.26。与其它地区相比,三江平原池塘水体中磷含量高而氮含量过低已成为浮游植物增殖的限制因子。
In this paper, O_2, CO_2, pH, anions, cations and nutrients in pond water were studied by routine analytical methods. O_2, CO_2, pH values showed diurnal changes, with a certain correlation between the three. The main ion content is characterized by: HCO_3 ~ - + CO_3 ~ (2 -)> Ca ~ (2 +) + Mg ~ (2+). Nutrients have day and night changes and seasonal changes. The average content of inorganic nitrogen is 0.239mg / L, the average content of soluble phosphate is 0.057mg / L, the ratio between the two is 2.62. The average contents of total nitrogen and total phosphorus were 3.77mg / L and 0.885mg / L respectively, the ratio of the two was 4.26. Compared with other regions, the phosphorus content of pond water in the Sanjiang Plain is too high and the nitrogen content is too low, which has become a limiting factor for phytoplankton proliferation.
