利用TRNSYS软件建立了平板式全热交换器的动态性能计算模型,利用动态焓效率计算方法,对成都地区夏季工况空调排风全热回收性能进行了模拟,计算了平板式全热交换器的逐时节能量,对全热回收在成都地区应用的适宜性进行了分析。结果显示:平板式全热交换器逐时焓效率波动较大,大部分时间逐时焓效率大于额定焓效率;采用动态焓效率计算方法得到的节能率为16.6%,采用额定焓效率计算方法得到的总节能量较动态焓效率法计算结果小11.9%;全热交换器只在每年6—8月运行时,投资回收期为7.2a。全热回收适宜在成都地区应用,为保证全热回收节能量计算的准确性,宜采用动态焓效率计算方法。
The dynamic performance model of flat heat exchangers was established by using TRNSYS software. The dynamic enthalpy efficiency calculation method was used to simulate the total heat recovery performance of air conditioners in summer in Chengdu. The total heat recovery period is only 7.2 years when the total heat exchanger is operated from June to August each year. Total heat recovery suitable for application in Chengdu, in order to ensure the total heat recovery energy savings calculation accuracy, dynamic enthalpy efficiency calculation method should be used.
