目的:建立妇科洗剂的HPLC指纹图谱检测方法。方法:采用Wondasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-水(含0.3%磷酸和0.3%二乙胺)梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长284 nm,柱温30℃,对10批妇科洗剂进行HPLC指纹图谱检测,采用“中药色谱指纹图谱评价系统2004年A版”进行评价。结果:妇科洗剂采用该方法分离效果好,确定了15个共有峰,10批妇科洗剂的相似度均>0.9。结论:该方法重复性、稳定性好,建立的指纹图谱可为妇科洗剂的质量评价提供依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprinting method for gynecological lotion. Methods: The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of acetonitrile-water (0.3% phosphoric acid and 0.3% diethylamine) on a Wondasil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min- , Column temperature 30 ℃, 10 batches of gynecological lotion HPLC fingerprinting test, using the “Chinese chromatographic fingerprint evaluation system 2004 A version ” for evaluation. Results: The separation effect of gynecological lotion by this method was good, 15 common peaks were identified, and the similarity of 10 batches of gynecological lotions was> 0.9. Conclusion: The method is reproducible and stable. The established fingerprint can provide the basis for the quality evaluation of gynecological lotion.
