惩罚行为在组织管理实践中是不可忽视的现象,但是国内仍缺乏关于组织惩罚行为的深入研究。论文基于国外的研究,对惩罚的起因与早期的研究争论、管理者为什么要选择惩罚行为、组织惩罚行为对受罚者和观察者有什么影响等问题进行系统的梳理。论文最后结合我国社会经济背景,评述了现有的研究,讨论了在我国是否应该以及如何开展本领域的研究。
Punishment behavior can not be ignored in the practice of organization and management, but there is still a lack of in-depth study on the organization’s punishments in our country. Based on the overseas research, the dissertation systematically combines the causes of punishments and the controversial research in the early stage, the reasons why managers should choose punishments, and how punitive punishments and observers organize the punishments. In the end, the thesis reviews the existing researches based on the socio-economic background of our country and discusses whether and how to carry out researches in this field in our country.
