目的探讨Top-Down法评定生化测量不确定度在卫生检疫国际旅行卫生保健中心实验室中的应用。方法收集实验室室内质控(IQC)数据和实验室参加临床检验中心室间质评(EQA)结果,采用Top-Down法对血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)等生化六项检测,进行测量不确定度评定。结果深圳迈瑞BS-300全自动生化分析仪检测ALT、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)生化六项的相对合成标准测量不确定度[uc(%)]分别为7.94%、7.46%、7.67%、6.08%、5.80%和4.28%,均小于CLIA’88设置的目标不确定度。结论 Top-Down法评定生化测量不确定度适合在卫生检疫国际旅行卫生保健中心实验室中应用。
Objective To investigate the application of Top-Down method to assess the uncertainty of biochemical measurement in the laboratories of Health and Quarantine International Travel Health Care Center. Methods The laboratory IQC data and lab participation in the clinical laboratory were collected. The top-down method was used to detect six biochemical tests including serum ALT. Evaluation of measurement uncertainty. Results Shenzhen Mindray BS-300 automatic biochemical analyzer detected ALT, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), γ-glutamyl transferase (GGT), glucose (GLU), triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) relative standard deviation [uc (%)] was 7.94%, 7.46%, 7.67%, 6.08%, 5.80% and 4.28%, respectively, which were less than the target uncertainty set by CLIA’88 degree. Conclusion The Top-Down method to assess the biochemical uncertainty of measurement is suitable for use in the laboratory of Health and Quarantine International Travel Health Care Center.
