目的探讨清气凉营颗粒抗流感病毒药效学研究和分子机制分析。方法体内实验验证清气凉营颗粒抗甲型流感药效,同时利用活性成分筛选、靶点预测技术,结合生物信息学手段,确定清气凉营颗粒治疗流感的特异性靶点,并进行信号通路富集分析,探讨其治疗流感的分子机制。结果体内实验显示清气凉营颗粒具有抗甲型流感的作用,而其抗流感的分子机制主要参与了Wnt信号通路,调控细菌侵袭性上皮细胞信号通路,同时也影响了致病性大肠杆菌感染信号通路、军团杆菌病信号通路和甲型流感信号等通路。结论清气凉营颗粒主要从抑制细菌感染、抗病毒感染和抑制病毒复制3个方面抑制流感。
Objective To study the pharmacodynamics and molecular mechanism of Qingqi Liangying granule anti-influenza virus. Methods In vivo experiments were carried out to verify the efficacy of Qingqi Liangying granule against influenza A (Influenza A virus). At the same time, the target of Qingqi Liangying Granule in treating influenza was determined by means of active ingredient screening and target prediction and bioinformatics methods. Pathway enrichment analysis to explore the molecular mechanism of the treatment of influenza. Results In vivo experiments showed that Qingqi Liangying Granule has anti-influenza A effect, and its molecular mechanism of anti-influenza is mainly involved in Wnt signaling pathway, regulating bacterial invasion of epithelial cell signaling pathway, but also affect the pathogenic Escherichia coli infection Signaling pathways, Legionella disease pathways and influenza A signal pathways. Conclusion Qingqi Liangying Granules mainly inhibits influenza in three aspects: inhibiting bacterial infection, antivirus infection and inhibiting virus replication.
