前言现代都市有各种供水、供气、供电和通讯用的地下管线。由于这些设施对人类活动很重要,地震时管线的破坏可给生活带来严重损害。尽管对整个管网进行抗震设计和加固以减少损坏的办法听来不错,但由于管网长度太大,财力有限,此法是不现实的。这样,就有必要预估管线破坏地点,只对这些地方作抗震设防,使有限财源得以充分利用。
Foreword Modern cities have underground pipelines for water supply, gas supply, power supply and communications. As these facilities are important to human activities, the destruction of pipelines during an earthquake can cause serious damage to life. Although the method of seismic design and reinforcement of the entire pipeline network to reduce damage sounds good, due to the large length of the pipeline network and limited financial resources, this method is not realistic. In this way, it is necessary to estimate the location of pipeline damage, and only provide seismic fortification to these areas so that limited resources can be fully utilized.
