提出并实现了在CNC系统中完成曲面交线加工刀具轨迹直接插补的构想,可极大提高CNC系统的几何轨迹控制能力和使用性能.给出了一个适用于球头刀加工的插补算法及其.加工误差估计,证明了算法的稳定性.理论分析和实践表明,该算法精度高、计算量小且稳定.
The idea of completing the tool path direct interpolation of surface intersection machining in the CNC system is proposed and realized, which can greatly improve the geometrical trajectory control ability and service performance of the CNC system. An interpolation algorithm suitable for ball nose machining is given. The processing error estimation proves the stability of the algorithm. Theoretical analysis and practice show that the algorithm has high precision, small amount of calculation and stable.
