日本大隈铁工所在OSP50000-G数控系统的基础上,经四年全面改进,于1989年推出新一代磨床数控系统,OSP5020G,操作面板见图1,并已在数控磨床上全面采用。其主要特点如下: 1)采用两只32位高速主控微机,运算速度为一般16位微机的10倍。 2)采用自动人机对话编程系统,可自动确定磨床参数、编制程序并进行模拟加工动态图形显示。 3)采用了大隈高精度数字式伺服系统和大隈交流主轴系统,提高了加工精度和速度,并可实现高精度同步控制。
On the basis of OSP50000-G CNC system of Japan’s Daihatsu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., after four years of comprehensive improvement, a new generation of grinder numerical control system and OSP5020G was introduced in 1989. The operation panel is shown in Fig. 1 and has been fully adopted on the CNC grinding machine. Its main features are as follows: 1) The use of two 32-bit high-speed host computer, the computing speed of the general 16-bit microcomputer 10 times. 2) The use of automatic man-machine dialogue programming system can automatically determine the grinding machine parameters, the preparation of procedures and simulation of dynamic graphics. 3) Adopted Otsu high-precision digital servo system and Oda AC spindle system, which improve machining precision and speed, and realize high-precision synchronous control.
