目的:建立益水生新饮颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中山茱萸、熟地黄、山药进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定马钱苷的含量。结果:TLC斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;马钱苷的进样量在0.112~1.120μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为100.02%,RSD为1.96%(n=6)。结论:鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法准确可靠,所建标准可用于益水生新饮颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of YiShengXinYin granules. Methods: The contents of dogwood, Rehmannia glutinosa, Chinese yam were identified by TLC. The content of loganin was determined by HPLC. Results: TLC spots were clear and no interference was observed in the negative control. The logarithm of the loganin was linear with the peak area in the range of 0.112-1.120 μg (r = 0.999 5), with an average recovery of 100.02% and a RSD of 1.96% (n = 6). Conclusion: The identification method is specific and specific, and the quantitative method is accurate and reliable. The proposed standard can be used for the quality control of Yishuanshengyin granules.
