目的:了解高职院校体育教师职业倦怠的现状。方法:采用教师职业倦怠量表(MBI-ES)对10所高等职业院校108名体育教师和82名专业课教师进行了调查。结果:体育教师中普遍存在不同程度的职业倦怠倾向;体育教师的职业倦怠倾向存在性别、教龄、职称及工作量大小的差异;与专业课教师的相比,体育教师的成就感更低。
Objective: To understand the current situation of occupational burnout of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges. Methods: A total of 108 physical education teachers and 82 specialized teachers from 10 vocational colleges were investigated by the Teacher Burnout Scale (MBI-ES). Results: Different degrees of burnout tend to exist among PE teachers. There is a difference in occupational burnout tendency between PE teachers, gender, teaching age, job title and workload. Compared with professional teachers, PE teachers have a lower sense of accomplishment.
