随着社会的进步,经济的发展,我国的法制建设日趋规范。现阶段我国公民的法律意识的高低决定着我国法治建设的进展程度,增强我国公民的法律意识对于推进我国依法治国的进程有重要的意义。本文主要分析了现阶段我国公民的法律意识现状,并提出了健全和完善现阶段公民的法律意识应采取的相应对策。
With the progress of society and the development of economy, the legal system construction in our country is becoming more and more standardized. At this stage, the level of legal awareness of our citizens determines the progress of the construction of the rule of law in our country. Strengthening the legal awareness of our citizens is of great significance for advancing the process of governing the country according to law. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of Chinese citizens’ legal awareness at the present stage and puts forward some countermeasures that should be taken to improve and perfect the legal awareness of citizens at the present stage.
