目的通过对医院门诊退药情况进行汇总,分析退药发生的原因,并提出相应对策,以减少或避免退药现象的发生。方法对门诊药房2012年1月-2014年12月退药数据进行汇总,运用Excel软件对退药原因、退药科室进行统计,分析退药的主要原因和影响因素。结果我院退药现象普遍存在,退药原因、退药科室排在前列的相对集中。结论医院建立完善的退药制度,处方医师应增强的责任心,药学人员应提高药学服务质量,来减少或避免退药现象的发生。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the cases of withdrawal from hospitals and analyze the causes of withdrawal and propose corresponding measures to reduce or avoid the occurrence of withdrawal. Methods The data of outpatients in pharmacy from January 2012 to December 2014 were collected and the main reasons and influencing factors of withdrawal were analyzed by Excel software. The results of the withdrawal of drugs widespread in our hospital, the reasons for withdrawal, retreat department ranked in the forefront of the relative concentration. Conclusion The hospital should establish a perfect withdrawal system and the physicians should increase their sense of responsibility. The pharmacy staff should improve the quality of pharmacy services to reduce or avoid the withdrawal of drugs.
