采用正交设计研究了在中性载体聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜中,离子缔合物的种类、浓度及增塑剂3个因素对电极性能的影响。制备了性能稳定的石墨内导膜电极。在pH1.0~5.5之间电极电位基本稳定,线性范围为1.0×10-2mol/L~2.0×10-5mol/L,检测下限可达2.5×10-6mol/L并能直接应用于原料药和制剂含量的测定。
The orthogonal design was used to study the influence of three factors of ion association on the performance of PVC in neutral carrier polyvinyl chloride (PVC) membrane. A graphite inner guide electrode with stable performance was prepared. The electrode potential was stable at pH1.0 ~ 5.5 with a linear range of 1.0 × 10-2mol / L ~ 2.0 × 10-5mol / L and the detection limit of 2.5 × 10-6mol / L and can be directly applied to the determination of APIs and preparations.
