随着移动通信业务的发展,中国目前已成为全球最大的手机使用国。根据国家信息产业部门提供的数据:2004年中国手机用户人数达到了3.34亿人,比2003年增长了6500万人;预计2005年将达到4.02亿人,这意味着平均每三个中国公民就拥有一部手机。而到2007年,中国的手机用户更将占整个亚太地区移动通信用户的50%之多。手机的诞生和普及,大大方便了人们的工作与生活,同时在人们接收、传送信息的过程中亦起到了不可低估的作用。
With the development of mobile communication business, China has now become the largest mobile phone user in the world. According to the data provided by the State Information Industry Department, in 2004, the number of mobile phone users in China reached 334 million, an increase of 65 million over 2003; it is estimated that 402 million people will reach 2005, which means that on average, every three Chinese citizens own a cell phone. By 2007, China’s mobile phone users will account for more than 50% of the entire Asia Pacific mobile communications users. The birth and popularization of mobile phones has greatly facilitated people’s work and life, and has played a role that can not be underestimated in the process of people receiving and sending information.
