与中国小学教师不同,美国小学教师虽然也要学习《课程标准》,进行课堂教学准备,组织学生的学习活动,但其能获得更多的教学材料和学习资源的支撑,他们提供给学生更宽松的时间和空间进行学习体验。中美小学教师的角色差异,一方面表现为教师对工作的感受不同,另一方面表现为他们对待学生不同,学习观念亦不同。
Different from primary school teachers in China, primary school teachers in the United States, though they have to study “curriculum standards”, prepare for classroom teaching and organize students’ learning activities, but they can obtain more teaching material and resources for learning. They provide students with more leniency Time and space for learning experience. The differences between the roles of primary and secondary school teachers in China and the United States show that teachers have different feelings about their work. On the other hand, they show that they are different from each other and their learning concepts are different.
