目的 了解基质分解素 - 1基因在肺癌中的表达水平。方法 19例肺癌患者术中取癌组织及癌旁肺组织 ;提取组织总 RNA;用逆转录共扩增定量 PCR方法测定基质分解素 - 1(MMP3)基因表达水平。结果 肺癌组织基质分解素- 1基因表达水平明显高于癌旁肺组织。肺癌患者 MMP3基因表达水平与肿瘤大小、肿瘤组织学类型无关。结论 基质分解素 - 1在肺癌的进展中可能起重要作用
Objective To investigate the expression of stromelysin - 1 in lung cancer. Methods Twenty - nine patients with lung cancer underwent resection of cancerous tissues and para - cancerous lung tissues. Total RNA was extracted from tissue samples. The expression of matrix metalloproteinase - 1 (MMP3) gene was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT - PCR). Results The expression of stromelysin - 1 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent lung tissues. The expression level of MMP3 gene in lung cancer patients has nothing to do with tumor size and histological type. Conclusion The expression of stromelysin - 1 may play an important role in the progression of lung cancer
