听课是教学研究的主要方式之一。传统的听课,随意性大,评课主观,很容易走“自我”。如此的听课大多停留在经验层面,缺乏研究意识,对课的研究深度不够。评课者经验不同,关注点不同,看课就不一样。上课者最后听听这个有理,想想那个有理,一堂课被填鸭式地点评,问题难以聚焦,研究难以深入。因此,听评课成了没有依据,没有聚焦,走个过场的状态。听课选择个案研究的思路和方法,能帮助听课者聚焦问题,让研究走向纵深。听课中,如何开展个案研究呢?笔者采用了从学生的“学”出发、观察学生的学的“四点打桩法”。一、打桩采样,指向学生
