黄河流域水资源演化规律与可再生性维持机理首席科学家:刘昌明(北京师范大学)黄河正面临着水资源短缺、水灾害加剧、生态环境恶化三大问题交织的严峻局面。日益严重的黄河断流是水资源短缺的极端表现。黄河水资源危机、生态环境恶化受自然与人为众多驱动因子的影响。从科学问题来看,水循环水平衡原理是水文学、资源学研究的基本理论之一,在流域尺度上它是水文计算与水资源合理利用的科学依据,在全球尺度上是 IGBP/BAHC 、WXRP/GENEX 等重大国际计划基础研究的前沿和热点。缓解黄河水资源危机、修复生态、重建“山川秀美”已成为当务之急。本项目主要研究水分在不同赋存空间中的运动,区域土壤—植被—大气水分传输与流域产、汇流的相耦合的动力学模式,水资源的形成演化过程及人类活动的参变作用,
Chief Scientist: Liu Changming (Beijing Normal University) The Yellow River is facing a severe situation in which the three major problems of water shortage, water disasters and worsening ecological environment are intertwined. The growing Yellow River runoff is an extreme manifestation of the shortage of water resources. The crisis of the Yellow River water resources and the deterioration of the ecological environment are affected by many drivers of nature and man-made factors. From a scientific point of view, the principle of water cycle water balance is one of the basic theories of hydrology and resource science research. It is the scientific basis of hydrological calculation and rational utilization of water resources in basin scale. It is IGBP / BAHC, WXRP / GENEX and other major international programs basic research front and hot spots. Relieving the crisis of the Yellow River water resources, rehabilitating the ecosystem and rebuilding the beautiful mountains and rivers have become urgent tasks. The project mainly studies the dynamics of water movement in different spatial spaces, the dynamics model of regional soil-vegetation-atmosphere moisture transfer and the coupling of production and confluence, the formation and evolution of water resources and the participation of human activities.
