尽管教学交往理念已经得到学界的普遍认同,在交往中提高学生的交流与合作能力也已成为学界共识,但事实证明,我国中小学课堂教学交往中仍存在着交往方式单一,教学交往的虚假性、不平等性和对抗性等困境。走出中小学教学交往困境的出路在于树立他者性思维、回归以人为本的教育价值观,提高教师素质,建立多元评价机制。
