眼是机体中对激光最为敏感的靶器官。由于眼的光学系统的聚焦作用,可使视网膜所承受入射光的能量密度,较之相应的角膜入射量提高约10~5倍。因此,低剂量照射可引起眼的严重损伤。人眼瞬目反射通常为100~150毫秒,而脉冲激光可短至微秒、毫微秒,甚至微微秒,脉冲激光致伤比瞬目反射快得多。为此,以激光做为致伤人眼的武器是完全可能的。不同波长、不同发射方式激光对眼的损伤部位及程度均不同。因此确定激光致盲的最宜辐照条件及入射量要求,必须对不同激光的眼损伤进行比较研究。本文观察绿色、红色、近红外及远红外四种波长激光大剂量照射对眼的急性损伤。
The eye is the most sensitive target organ in the body. Due to the focusing effect of the ophthalmic optical system, the energy density of incident light on the retina can be increased by about 10 to 5 times compared with that of the corresponding cornea. Therefore, low-dose irradiation can cause serious eye damage. Eye blink reflections are typically 100-150 milliseconds while pulsed lasers can be as short as microseconds, nanoseconds, or even picoseconds, and pulsed laser injuries are much faster than blink reflections. For this reason, it is entirely possible to use lasers as a weapon to injure the human eye. Different wavelengths, different ways of laser laser injury to the eye site and extent are different. Therefore, to determine the optimal laser blinding conditions and the amount of incident radiation requirements, we must study the different laser eye damage. In this paper, green, red, near infrared and far infrared four wavelength laser irradiation on the acute eye injury.
